We've had some storms this week in the desert valley.

Monday night, while awaiting to order some food at Carrow's, the lights went out. I looked outside and saw that the sky had quickly gotten dark. I rushed outside with my camera and took some pictures. :)

All the dust in my eyes, ears, and mouth was worth it. LOL

Tuesday night, a lot of rain fell down in the Valley, but especially in Calexico. Thunder, lightning, and more wind that knocked over trees (big ones too!) and power poles. I took some pictures from the side of the road, but was shocked...okay, amused...when I got home. Our street was flooded!

Robert, Kayla and I went outside to view the beautiful sunset. Robert remenist about how I used to take him "swimming" down on the corner after a storm. LOL Yup, I remember that.
