Powder Puff '08
We attended the Powder Puff game last Friday night. Great game! :) Had a blast. Kay sat with the drumline, so I walked in, all loner, doing that walk of shame "please let me find someone to sit with." lol I saw Aimee's parents (insert discreet "Yay!") and happily sat down to watch the game.

Can I have ur #?
So, I've been hanging out with Kayla's volleyball team.....quite a bit. Very funny group of girls. One of the running gags has been, when departing from each other, yelling in a somewhat deep voice, "Ah luh you!" which cracks me up. Kayla and a few others kept up this "'xcuse me!" bit as well, which I never understood but thought amusing anyway.
After one of their sleepovers this week, one of the girls finally showed me the inspiration for their jokes. Very funny.
I found it all the more amusing cuz I've had it happen to me. :) The constant, "can I have your number?" was completely annoying!!!!! ^&$^&#%@ Nonetheless, amusing now.
We even got the baby to start repeating the lines " 'xcuse me! I number?" and " 'xcuse me! talk a minute?" LOLOL

which solo should I try first?

I remember the one and only time I ever got detention in junior high (never in high school) was when I got caught drumming incessently on my desk. It wasn't completely my fault; it was an earworm. It's a medical condition. :) I couldn't stop it. But we were taking a test...and the teacher threw a fit. :)
Kayla joined the drumline. She's starting high school. She hasn't gotten detention yet. I think it's time.
Coming in September: drumstick pencils

Do you Hulu?
A friend dropped by and told me about a cool new site called Hulu where you can go and watch old TV episodes like "Fantasy Island" and "St. Elsewhere." There are also some movies on there, some full length and some are just clips. I don't really know how ethical that is, because of all the problems the movies studios are having about piracy.
But for now, it's free and it's there. So enjoy!
